It is over and the Dimeq LTW Holders lost.

A lawsuit was filed against JPM - requesting a
Jury - and JPM went crying back to
Judge Walrath - who ruled that the Sale of the
Anchor Litigation to JPM was FINAL and can not
be litigated in any other Court.

This reversed what she stated in the Order
approving the POR - which was that, if possible,
the LTW Holders could intervene in the Anchor
Litigation. Very unfair treatment of the LTWs.
