Looking at the PPS is of course the most important thing in all this. But not the only thing.

CFO quit. Over one year ago.
Spokesman quit. Over one year ago.
No phone
No address.
No website
No employees.
No PR or any word from the company in over a year.
No monitoring of FB in quite some time. ( they used to watch that like a hawk.)
No money,
No business license.
No real sales in their entire time in business. ( Not counting whatever that $1500 was in late 2015 )
The Hailyes app does not work.

The list goes on.

As for revs. not being important? Are you kidding? A company with NO revs.? Seems just a little important to me.

What country/taxi operator in their right mind would even consider dealing with WM? And again, how would they get in touch to buy any products?

PS. No IT department
No way of doing any warranty work.
