Marco Alfonsi | Chief Executive Officer | Director
Marco Alfonsi has been a financial service professional for over 20 years. Throughout his career, Mr. Alfonsi was directly and indirectly involved in raising over $100 million dollars for small and medium sized business. Prior to his involvement in the financial services industry, Mr. Alfonsi has owned, operated, financed and sold several businesses. Mr. Alfonsi successfully started and managed two companies (ExecuteDirect.com, and Bakers Express of New York, Inc.), and held senior management positions with a number of financial institutions: Global American Investments, Clark Street Capital, Basic Investors.
Carl Dilly | Director
Mr. Dilley has been involved in the Investment business since the early 80’s beginning his career with Pemberton Securities, in Vancouver, BC that was later sold to RBC Dominion Securities. In the late 80’s Mr. Dilley relocated to Costa Rica and later to Panama where he served as executive of a large integrated forest products company known as Panamerican Woods, SA. and organized the sale of controlling interest to a large Dutch Insurance company in 1997. During his time in Latin America he also was an investor in and Operated tango Mar Resort for several years. After relocating to South Florida in 1997 he ran an independent business consulting practice for several years and in 2003 joined became president of Island Stock Transfer, a division of Island Capital Management, LLC, from 2003 to present and acts as senior executive officer responsible for oversight of day to day operations and a major shareholder. He has also served as Managing Partner of Spartan Securities Group and had NASD series 24, 66, and 7 securities licenses and has been involved in numerous investment banking projects as well as bringing more than 400 companies public during his time with Spartan. Carl Dilley has served on the boards of numerous private and public companies and currently is a Director of Endurance Exploration Group, Inc., Pioneer Recycling, LLC., Vacation Travel Corp, Inc., Hurricane Motorsports, Inc. as well as Wrap Mail, inc.

Smita Ohri, MD is the Medical Director and owner of Forever Young Complete Healthcare & BodyLogicMD of Edison. She uses bioidentical hormone therapy and customized nutrition and fitness programs to treat the symptoms of hormonal imbalance. Symptoms can start as early as in the mid thirties, perimenopause, menopause and andropause and may present as a lack of vitality and energy, stress, relationship problems, insomnia, mood swings, irritability, low libido, depression, night sweats, weight gain and fatigue. Dr. Ohri believes in a true partnership with her patients and spends considerable time to understand them in depth and treat their troubling symptoms.
