For climate change I'd still go with CO2 as it last anywhere from 20-200 years and at the rate we are putting it in the atmosphere the earth can't absorb it so it's much longer lasting than methane (although more harmful in the short run) which last about 12 years. Of course both are increasing at ridiculous rates and when Northern Russia and their permafrost start to thaw well Canada could become the next Central America weather wise
