I'm not disagreeing with you. The company is technically in a high growth industry so if they wanted to take the route of share restructuring as the capital flows in, that would be a good approach. Dilution will happen, if they manage to swing a private placement deal that is favorable though- the PPS wouldn't suffer as much.
