I had a conversation with Steve Scholl and he gave all indications that PayX was operational and functional and Ifan was fully active and he was in the daily working on Ifan related items.

In addition theybjust got the Trademark for PayX if you see my previous posts and did purse the trademark actively after Feb 2017.

I beleive they were getting ahead of themselves as they were pushing IFAN's PayX at the time they didn't even have the Trademark but realized it had potential so they carried out the Trademark process. Possibly news of licensing/merger is brewing
