Yes everyone know the history. It was a slide failures not personnel... what's the point here?? FAA stated crew did a outstanding job! I love how the management was blamed for a mechanical failure that is not preventable. Just curious... what should have been done differently on the Mini Evac tests? Besides this new company has a different more reliable aircraft, and a new business direction... that should now be the focus!!
