later in the report it mentions restricted as to the shares being registered. So I'm not sure. An accredited investor - strange wording; I'm guessing because an institution was involved. Usually however these shares are sold upon issuance because credit firms don't want these things on the balance sheet. So they convert at way less than market and sell at market to realize the cash gain. It's one of the reasons this stock won't move up a lot - that is, a lack of transparency so far. We'll see what happens when the CEO speaks.
