No it's not. NTEK is a penny stock scam perpetrated by a convicted felon for multiple counts of fraud. Fact that you can't deny!! Whether the stock goes up for a short spell is meaningless because of manipulation and pumping which is common in the penny stock world. Where are those audited financials promised in a shareholder's letter in a few days well over two years ago?
