ok d/a and all, here are some more pics of the rest of my catfish that i thawed yesterday and made, yummo!

first is me, once again, prepping it in mayo with seasonings (vs putting the seasons in the bread crumb and flour mixture as its best to season the meat first, then bread it imo)
