And don`t forget Doug`s yarn about the elimination of convertible debentures. A priority it was. But instead, the convertible debt liability went from $94K to $1.15 MILLION in less than two years. And that was BEFORE he put another 30 MILLION shares into more convertible debt type financing a couple of weeks ago.
