Actually they have released a lot. If you read all the items under the "project milestone" on the MMEX page and don't see progress, you're not seeing the picture clearly.

Unfortunately in our "instinct" society we're never satisfied and our vision is blurred.

Soon financials will be secured and permits will be filed for and people still will be complaining about something else.

There is nothing to indicate that things aren't moving along according to plan other than the negative noises on here.

The truth is the refinery will be built whether one believes it or not. The truth is the truth even when people scream scam.
