Thanks Blood. My post wasn't clear. I should have specified that I was talking about not being able to trade pinkies after hours. But I think John is correct that MM's probably can. That's why you see T trades occasionally. One (of many) reasons I am wary of trading OTC stock is market maker manipulation. But if one wants to gamble a little on the hemp/CBD/pot market, then it's OTC or none at all. And it probably requires holding one's position for an extended time rather than day trading.
