You can't ex out other income through it is a space that is being rented and leased for years to come I believe, so something reoccuring like that you can't ex out in my opinion. They earned .32 in q4 if you ignore impairment. There are risks to owning it or buying it here, but I certainly wouldn't want to short it here in my opinion.
