We are working day and night to complete the purchase, and expect that it will be completed in the near term.



What is the definition of near term? Days, Weeks, Months?

Just another carrot to keep diluting shares. Share price should be fine this week, but 6s will be here next week maybe 5s in a couple weeks if no acquisition news.
