Your shares are in net holdings now it is the public entity...it is a holding company...net savings is now a subsidiary of net holdings it's debt did not disappear it is still there...however the net holdings can now be current faster...the subsidiary could still do its filings but they can be seperate from the public entity that you are trading...

Pretty clever we are now a holding company...
