I read here yesterday that the preferred shares will be traded at .0001. How? That would be some HUGE dividend. In the past I have seen numerous preferred stocks priced higher than the common stock but I still feel the pps on these preferred will be greatly reduced. I believe preferred stocks can benefit companies and the Sandy must and will own a great majority of them but at .0001 probably more like .00000001. Any thoughts on this. GLTA, the Coach
