No one knows exactly how long the restriction will be. Don't believe anyone who says they do. Contact XREE and ask them yourself. I have sent an email earlier today, but haven't received a response yet. The restriction does make sense to me. At least until they reach the 60% needed to make the deal. Too many people are focusing on the ticker symbols and the calculation of the share worth today.

Stop and focus on where XREE will be in a few months. In addition to everything they already do, check their website out http://www.xrailenterprises.com , they will also be providing an actual train shuttle from LA to Vegas. I live in SoCal and I can't wait to use their service. I'm done making the horrible drive in traffic, and then the drive back all hung over, or paying hundreds of dollars for a plane ticket.

There is a reason their PPS is $3.75 right now. And no, it's not a negative one. Do your DD, don't pay attention to others. Just my opinion. GLTA
