I have personally called Finra and the SEC. I have been given no information to suspect that there is anything fraudulent with DOLV. I don't believe you're more clever than the SEC. Why wouldn't they have warned me of any ongoing investigation or potential scam? They told me in short there were no skeletons in the closet that they could see.
