These rats have 130mm outstanding (ready to be converted to float) of which 64 is so far.. Soon as they dump the last 65,000,000 more into the float, they will release more authorized into outstanding. I see he already added another 17,000,000 from 131mm to 148mm anyway. He is a complete rat who is stuffing all his loyal investor followers headfirst into the ENCC toilet. I really wish Someone would start a lawsuit.
