Eli Lilly has 1.1 billion shares outstanding @ $79 PPS
Abbott Laboratories has 1.7 billion shares outstanding @ $45 PPS
Theralase Technologies has 124 million shares outstanding @ $.26 PPS

Its good to have data to compare too and our contempories are doing just fine with outstanding share counts anywhere from 10 to 47 times ours. We have quite a way to go before I start to worry about dilution.

I think Roger has been prudent with investor resources and am pleased with his financial stewardship of my investment. Getting off this exchange would be good and I'm looking forward to the early meeting this year...my guess is things have changed and more opportunity now exists now than ever before.
