Why does DOLV use a Investor Relations firm like Pivo Associates when Pivo specializes mostly in garbage non reporting companies? Just look at Pivo's roster besides DOLV.

Pivo literally represents the very bottom of the barrel companies. The fact that DOLV is hooked up with Pivo, can't be good.
