I called Ciber and they answered some questions.
1. CBRIQ will be unlisted somewhere in June/July
2. Payout will probably be sent out by the end of the year

I'm still interested in what the payout is gonna be in the range of.
Any investing wiz have any new estimates?
How likely is it to be above 10 cents/share?
