$ASTI I believe they pulled out of diluting about a month back. Seen posts on another board. Correct me if I'm wrong. As far as what they are doing to turn themselves around. Read the last few news articles. They are transferring solar energy out of the retail space and into high tech Space, Military, Aviation, UAV/Drone applications etc. That's what I read.
