Just got off the phone with Mr. Frack. I asked him for any updates. He said he was very busy finishing a few things up. he said he would call me back. I asked him of the O.S. count info on otc was accurate. he said yes. No change in the share count. I asked him if things are close to being done. he said yes.. So looks like 1 person is selling some of his shares to go chase another stock. He might not know how close we are to finalizing everything here. I think we are very close here.
