I think Dan has done a good job. Not great but good and he gets paid enough to be able to afford 25% of his salary to purchase shares. The BIG thing for me is that he has not sold any shares. The question I would ask is why has no one new been added to this monthly purchase plan. They have brought in plenty of big talent but nobody else is buying shares except the original 4(I believe) Dan, Robert, Sara and Greg(who is no longer here). The whole buy shares monthly in my eyes was part of there salary when they negotiated it but once again it's nice to see that they don't sale on a regular basis
