Don't get sucked in. One of the biggest scams in the pink sheets. Crazy dilution. R/S last year (March), then went from 24 million O/S to, what was it before this recent R/S, 2 billion O/S? Not to mention the dilution prior to the R/S before last year's R/S that took it up to 1.6 billion O/S before that one.

If you're gonna play, flip it, don't grip long term. Q-TIP and crew are nothing but scammers.
