KB evaluated what had occurred at Access Healthnet and determined it was worth the risk of doing all over again.

AH,in the end,must have been good for him,even after the settlement,cause he couldn't wait to start up another new publicly "financed" company.

In the end,There are two things he's "good" at... architecture of a shill company,and lawyering up.

Good lawyers mitigate a ton of the risk.
