The shares that ICTN own of RLTR really means absolutely nothing. Those shares are restricted and are not allowed to be sold. This position would be considered a Long-term investment. It wouldn't be filed into ICT's cash account or cash equivalent account. The reason is that because they are restricted. For ICT to release those shares, there are several things that must be done. First is to notify the SEC. After the SEC they must notify their transfer agent. After the Transfer agent would be the general public. Here is where this would be disasterous.

Most people know that RLTR is a spin-off of ICT. Not that hard to figure out. It also means that ICT is made up of the insiders in these two companies. Now most of the general public becomes alarmed if the insiders a publicly traded company start selling off their shares that wasn't planned. Insiders know many things that us general public will never know.

Here's where this gets a little sticky. If ICT was to release those shares it would be a disaster for RLTR. RLTR only has 150 million shares Authorized. And if I'm not mistaken around 112 million in the float. Its not hard to figure out that ICT owns more than 20% of the authorized shares and more than 25% of the float. Now its just basic economics. Supply and Demand. If ICT releases those shares and sells them, there would be a lot more supply than demand which equals a drop in the pps. And with the amount of ICT's position, it would mean way more supply than demand which means RLTR drops like a rock.

So what this all boils down to is that yes ICT benefits from their ownership of RLTR but not as much as people might think. I hope this makes sense for some people. In my opinion, it shows me that RLTR would be a way better investment than ICT from the investment side. If someone wanted to make a quick buck then go for the ICT because yes it will benefit a bit from the RLTR piggyback and with the levels it is selling right now, you can probably pull a nice profit out of it in the coming weeks.

Anyways, good luck to everybody.
