SEC 6-K filed reads like a CEO letter to its Stockholders, and of all the assets in place and debt free, to where major World Bank now will offer credit facility (based on thsoe assets) for future financial needs . This is a major development and written in SEC filing...

Economou's own words in said filing is of a CEO talking to his Shareholders- this has Economou pinned IMHO (from legal standpoint) now finally- so stranger things have happened, and could be major turning point to where behind-the-scenes pressures forcing Economou to start acting responsibly to Investors of his DRYS stock...
