My understanding was that Les had physical control of the Minute book and corporate records up to until at least 2014 and that as of 2017 Kevin has not received, despite a request to Les, either the Medinah Minute book or the Medinah corperate records.

On the other side, if Les has been honest with his dealings with Medinah, why would he not immediately turn over every document, accounting and banking record under his control? What's he trying to hide by not doing so? Maybe the records have been shredded and nothing is physically left?

Could Medinah file a police complaint with the North Vancouver R.C.M.P. against Les alleging thief of the records?
