Shares do seem to be getting absorbed at these levels, hence why I don't think EXOL will go much lower. However I donn think there are really any catalysts that are expected to happen anytime soon. Not until the fall.

As for the notes, I've looked through the filings, and I can't find any clear indication of where we are in paying off any existing notes. The last issuance of shares (12 million) payed off about $18k I believe.
