A question only regulators can answer. Their primary email and P.O. box is probably the only way to formally contact the company now. I think the company can delete/block whatever it wants from their stock promotion site on social media, though. Not wise for them to treat shareholders like that, though. HPNN is pretty much bottom of the barrel, IMO.

They have no registered agent in Nevada, which is required by a public company to allow legal correspondence and notices to be delivered.

Maybe a tweet like that could get retweeted to the regulators, asking them if a company can keep putting a lawyer's certification on something like that when they haven't had a registered agent in Nevada since January and no Cali business license in years. The registered agent thing is something the lawyer's office should have checked before signing any opinion letter/disclosure, IMO. And HPNN has had some problems with previous lawyers that have gotten in trouble for opinion letters or other shady stuff at other companies.
