Terry Willams, who claims he never was the CEO of ISBG

MKA CPAS, who claim they have never done an audit for any Pierce entity but has done an audit for another client TGRR.

Frank E. LaVerde with Florida Caribbean Distillery

Alan Rosenberg with Republic Distributors

Representative of Mrs. Jackie Autry

Multiple Note Holders..

A TTB Agent

and the list goes on..

My conclusion, with the new LLC being formed by Alonzo in April. There's not one mention of the brands in the financials, it fits a well established pattern of Alonzo Pierce.

It's over for ISBG, Alonzo is moving to TGRR. My opinion Alonzo will dump BESADO, there are not any more shares to sell in that Juice and it's already controlled by FCD. Alonzo is now going into the Rum business. Alonzo has already been in the Tequila, Infused Tequila, Vodka, Diaziq (whatever that was), now it's time to run a Rum Scam.

So, the alphabet soup will continue: TEXX-TEMN-DKTS-ISBG AND NOW TGRR...
