What are your thoughts on the following:
1. Should they re-engineer the product to include a kief-catcher? (is a lack of such a catcher limiting the amount of potential customers?) This would most likely require extensive re-engineering of the product.
2. Add an optional torque arm to make manual grinding easier; similar that you'd find on a pepper-shaker. I would imagine that manually grinding (even if last resort) must be very hard. Why not create torque-arm that can click on/off to sell as an accessory?
3. Noise level: any of you find the loud noise-level a bit too much? You think they went overkill on the motor? Not exactly discreet.
