One method is to cause the air to spiral. So, say, the tunnel leading to the turbines where to have a groove in the walls, like rifling a barrel. This would cause a spinning effect. This would cause condensation on the walls. Another would be to run the moist air through a membrane, but it would have to be such that the air flow reduction does not impact the pressure on the turbines.

Could also use a method that incorporates a bonding material such as Glycerol. This is very possible, but requires a second process for separating the water from the glycerol. This could be done with a separate solar array.
