My valuation is simple and based on the fact that generally speaking current stock prices reflect forward-looking plans and strategies that barring unforeseen calamities will be executed.

Sadly though, with regard to VGID the opposite is true. The more Mr. Twombly announces future plans the more the stock falls. This is inexplicable and frankly, sad. What must Mr. Twombly do, give each shareholder a million dollars cash before the stock price gains fast and solid traction?
