I don't see TWTR as over bought on my chart but if it doesn't get over $20 by the end of June, the momentum, and this run, will fizzle and the price will drop. Although the double bottom is in, it could drop again to form a triple bottom so long as it doesn't achieve a new low. There could be dealings in the works unbeknownst to us that could be the spark to move TWTR up, or maybe the earnings report in July. No DD will reveal what that catalyst is right now.
