SLJB: May 2017 -> How can I have a bid out there all month for SLJB and receive 0.000000 shares of SLJB at .0001 to .0005 yet this stock trades this month at .00001 and .000001?

Please explain what is going on with this SLJB play? How are you all doing that? Market Makers can do what they want. It should be illegal but I am just a brother from another trying to get a little something something here.
