Reread Mike Tomas' April 18th blog. Especially the part referring to "supplementary materials"

Currently, U.S. Stem Cell, Inc. is operating within the regulatory timeline and is actively working with the FDA to quickly and effectively fulfill requests for supplementary materials.

My interpretation is that the FDA requested additional information that USRM was "actively working" to provide. If so, the earliest possible 60-day start date is April 18th. Therefore, the earliest possible 60-day expiration date is around June 18th.
