With Deals this Big the Float doesn't even matter when the Big Money starts coming in, and it will too. You don't get contracts worth $1/2 BILLION dollars & sit in the Sub-Penny range for long...

Institutional & hedge fund cash is already grabbing up cheap shares from flippers, IMO anyways.
