The important thing is the preliminary information statement (PRE14C) filed with the SEC. This will act as the green light for dividend distribution. Especially for those people who are still having some doubt. This is also the time when you can ridicule the people who just sold their shares.
From that moment onward, time will be on our side. It doesn't matter how long it takes to complete (usually between 10 days and 2 months). The longer it takes, the more time the stock has to appreciate in value. Even better, if Tri-way can get a loan in the interim.
They may give us the Record Date already. Or if it's a phased distribution, more than one. I'm not sure.
I'm hoping we will get the PRE14C before the CC on June 9. And then the whole thing should be completed by the end of July.
The press release will probably come later. When the SEC has completed the review.
