I am not claiming this is legit or a scam, but the financials state they are US GAAP compliant. Why do you claim they are not. Just curious, not claiming you are incorrect.

Which is not legal, since the Company does not meet the legal requirements necessary to repurchase shares (specifically, US GAAP compliant financial statements).
