Old management lost. Everyone here is talking about a very different lawsuit seeking damages of 10 million plus from PC drivers. The lawsuit you speak of was against prior management, and by concluding that lawsuit even as defendants, ABHI was allowed to buy their patent back - and they did this without dilution.
