Heck, if that is the way you feel about ABEW's management then why don't you sell your shares and move on? It's ridiculous to stay invested in a company who's management is full of 'empty promises'.

However, if you feel that the 'empty promises' are the result of delays by a government agency (SEC), then I think you probably have the right perspective.
