It has not always been toxic loans... He received at least $500k tranche of a $1.5m loan from a private investor... I have questioned several times about what he had done with that $$$ because he sure in the hell didn't use it to make a new flavor or do an 'East/West coast product launch'.

As far as writing a 'blank check' to Toby, I would be cautious with doing that. I recall an investor who was wanting to do the same many years ago during the Dethrone and Throwdown days. That investor was so high on Toby and adamant that this was the 'drink of the future'..... now that poor investor bashed Toby so much he was banned from iHub.
