ERILF - In hindsight I would've made money by holding my position but the issuance of new shares kept me away. Growth in revenues and net income doesn't mean much if the share count grows commensurate or at a higher rate.

Their FD O/S is 20% higher as a result of the stock options and warrants they've issued.
