Since O/S did not change much after the acquisition, the owner of Diamond CBD held the preferred shares.

Since almost all huge revenues are generated by Diamond CBD, I think the owner of Diamond CBD have much more business authority than old POTN managements through controlling preferred shares. Otherwise the acquisition won't happen.

New POTN = Diamond CBD = real gem
