Definitely want the default. Even without the default. Shareholder payout would consist of the 2.5 million plus interest and the 2 million already paid out which could be easily recovered. That's already 4.5 million add another 1 million conservatively for the URL and it's closer to a $5-$6 per share IMO. Not much in legal fees would have to be paid out. My guess when all is said and done between $250k-$500k. There may be other streams of revenue that can be added to the distribution. I know Thomas's lawyer is working hard to figure out what else has monetary value.
