I used to work for a lawyer and that agreement was as clean as a whistle. Interesting how the OTC community doesn't pick up on stuff until it's etched in stone. I've seen a lot less sketchy companies than this one.

What's holding it back? Clearly they are close to being current. Does the OTC Street believe the lawsuit is a waste of time? Either way I'm trying to hold as long as I can but I need my money out of this stock by end of summer. Just the way the cookie crumbles and finances work out. GL, ABHI
